PET POLICY LEASE ADDENDUM
- Residents may have a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment (no exceptions).
- Pet Fee is $500.00 for up to two (2) approved dogs or cats; half of the pet fee is required up front and the balance must be paid within (3) three months of move-in.
- Pet Fee is $50.00 for birds and fish and must be paid prior to move-in.
- Pet Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If resident transfers to another apartment, the resident must pay the pet fees for the new unit.
- Monthly Pet Rent is required with your monthly rental payment.
- Photocopy provided for each pet.
We have a zero-tolerance for pets that exhibit aggression. Pet owner(s) will be asked to remove the pet and/or pay the Lease Buy-Out.
- Pet owners are responsible for removal of all pet waste. Fine of $25.00 will be charged for each offense. Multiple offenses (3) will result in removal of the pet from property or eviction if the pet is not removed.
- Current shot records are required upon move-in, as well as at renewal.
- The Leash Law is highly enforced. Failure to comply will result in lease termination at owners' expense.
Please note management reserves the right to deny acceptance to any pet at management's sole discretion at any time during the term of this or additional lease terms due to changes in the pet's profile or management's knowledge of relevant information regarding any previously accepted pet. *Accommodations in the process are available for the disabled.
